Summary:

KY-200B₂ wear-resistant adhesive is designed to address the defects of phosphate silicon carbide plastic. It uses fused alumina sand and high-temperature oxidized wear-resistant mineral micro powder as fillers, aluminum phosphate modified adhesive, and other additives to form a new type of high-temperature wear-resistant coating.

Range of application:

This coating is used for boiler burners, cyclone tubes, furnace slag of power frequency induction furnaces, cyclone separators of catalytic cracking units, and other parts.

Packaging and Storage:

• The packaging material is a plastic bucket.
• This product should be stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period of the paint prepared by the factory is 30 days. If it exceeds the period, its performance should be retested and it can only be used after passing the test.
• This product is non flammable and non explosive, and should be stored and transported as non dangerous goods. During storage and transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, collision, and heavy pressure.
